The Assault Backpack is designed using 100% polyester canvas with a double-coated finish (314 g/m²) and a plain weave of 56 warp / 36 weft in black. The material provides tensile strength up to 100 kg (warp direction) and hydrostatic water resistance of 70 pressure units. The inner lining is made of single-side coated polyester (85 g/m²), and the structure is reinforced with polyester webbing in various widths (58 mm, 50 mm, 25 mm). Metal components, such as black-oxidized brass snap buttons (14 mm diameter) and three-hole buckles (36×35 mm), ensure strong mechanical durability.

In terms of construction, the backpack features:
• A main compartment measuring 26 × 12 × 24 cm with a flap cover measuring 20 × 9 × 29 cm
• Four magazine pouches (8.5 × 7 × 15 cm) for ammunition storage
• An HT radio pocket (6.5 × 5.5 × 12 cm)
• A compass pocket (6.5 × 5.5 × 7 cm)
• A canteen pocket (18 × 19 × 14 cm)

For ergonomic comfort during high-mobility operations, the backpack incorporates 4 mm muple foam and 15 mm sponge padding, reducing pressure and improving load balance.
